Full system record written to docs/AIOS-System-Record.md.

Where the OS stands — 4 phases live, all reading from Follow Up Boss and SharePoint in real time:

  • Lead Engine (/, /leads, /leads/:id) — New Leads Today, Speed-to-Lead (untouched list is clickable), Overdue Follow-ups with FUB task completion write-back, Cmd+K lead search/jump, full lead list and drill-down.

  • Sphere & Database — 90-day check-in working list capped at 15, "Log Touch" writes a real FUB note and snoozes locally so it clears the screen, snooze/dismiss, 14-day milestone strip, FUB Source ranking, plus an editable /settings/sphere page for stages and tags.

  • Active Pipeline — deals by stage (clickable), deadlines this week, at-risk deals, and a deal workspace with all inspection/termite/closing key dates (including derived "order termite 14 days before close" and final walk-through) and files grouped by numbered SharePoint subfolders.

  • Action Queue — five panels (approvals, Shark Tank, appointment flags, unknown callers, recently sent) with a strict write whitelist: Send/Edit/Revise/Skip/Worked/Handled. The OS never sends — approval only tags; the scheduled FUB sender delivers.

  • Phase 3/calendar (Outlook + FUB), /content (OneDrive), /listings (Spark, demo token).

Open items: FUB appointment-type color mapping, production Spark token, the access-control decision (dropdown is still a UI default, not real scoping), lead_sources normalization, and SharePoint uploads.
